Neil is a professional accountant and an experienced financial manager with many years of service in the business sector. Neil joined the SSC Property Group in July 2010. He is responsible for the financial accounting, taxation and financial reporting aspects of the group companies.
Lynne Ferreira
Account Administrator
Lynne is responsible for bookkeeping, credit control and is the calm presence at the centre of the SSC storm. Always sharp and efficient, she maintains an excellent grasp of all that goes on in the business, particularly when dealing with tenants accounts, fielding tenants queries expertly and affably.
Hermar Peters
Building and Maintenance Manager
Hermar joined SSC in October 2013 and is responsible for all aspects of building renovations, refurbishments, repairs and maintenance. He heads a team of skilled construction workers and other artisans to deliver a service that is reliable, effective and tailored to the precise needs of the client.

Property Consultant
Nate oversees Tenant relations at SSC. Drawing on international experience in business and relationship management, Nate has introduced innovative systems to evaluate Tenant suitability and strengthen landlord-tenant communications. Nate’s profile includes finding suitable tenants and negotiating leases. Known for his proactive and approachable style, Nate works to keep tenants satisfied and supported throughout their Tenancy.

This website could never be complete without acknowledging Mendi Soffer, the founder of the SSC Property Group. From humble beginnings, he created and nurtured the Company to where it is today. As exemplary as he was in his business acumen and conduct, so was he equally admired and respected in his personal life. Always generous, kind and caring, he opened his heart to countless causes and people. Aside from his many achievements, he left behind the hallmark of business integrity, which legacy we strive to uphold.

Selwyn, a Director of SSC until his untimely passing away in 2019, considerably enhanced the Company with his knowledge and technical skills. He earned the admiration of tenants and staff through his warm and approachable manner. Deeply respected and well-liked, his absence is sorely missed, but his legacy will always endure at SSC.
